What you'll do
Drives Failure Analysis to identify long-term technical issues and develops corrective design.
Provides third-level escalation support for Hardware & Software stability issues.
Initiates and reviews Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for field implementation.
Supports Alpha and Beta Site installations, operations, calibration, service, and testing.
Generates system performance data including MTBF, MTBI, and Availability metrics.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science required.
7 to 10 years of experience in RF systems (hardware and firmware).
Expertise in troubleshooting hardware issues at component level.
Proficiency in data analysis using MATLAB, Python, or similar tools.
Experience with firmware/software test development using Robot Framework or Pytest.
Knowledge of C/C++ for embedded firmware design with RTOS.
Ability to lead functional teams or projects independently.
