What you'll do
Actively participate in global platform field escalations for Etch, Deposition, and Clean products.
Apply engineering theories to investigate, troubleshoot, analyze results, and recommend solutions for technical issues.
Design experiments and tests for new methods or modifications of current materials and components.
Generate clear reports justifying technical recommendations for complex problems.
Own assigned tasks and projects, ensuring proper release and hand-off of solutions.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 8+ years of related experience or higher qualifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
Experience in semiconductor equipment field support, including automation and robotics.
Ability to design experiments and generate clear reports for technical recommendations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
Previous project management experience and capability to travel up to 25% of the time.
