What you'll do

  • Build trust-based relationships with military officers and stakeholders to ensure high system adoption.
  • Identify and uncover future mission needs through direct engagement with end-users.
  • Troubleshoot systems and configure software involving IP networking, APIs, and data integration.
  • Manage the day-to-day operational success of critical, fast-growing defense accounts.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Experience training operators and administrators of communications devices.
  • Strong technical aptitude in configuring software, troubleshooting systems, IP networking, APIs, and data integration.
  • Ability to build rapport with both tactical operators and high-ranking military stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for the role.
  • Prior military service in tactical ops, signals, intelligence, or C2 (preferred).
  • Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline (preferred).
