What you'll do

  • Identify and uncover future mission needs through direct engagement with end-users.
  • Coordinate with program management, engineering, and legal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Experience training operators and administrators on communications devices is required.
  • Must have strong technical aptitude in configuring software, troubleshooting systems, IP networking, APIs, and data integration.
  • Must possess outstanding interpersonal skills to build rapport with tactical operators and high-ranking military stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for the role is required.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
  • Prior military service in tactical ops, signals, intelligence, or C2 is preferred.
