What we're looking for

12+ years of experience in autonomous systems and defense applications
Experience leading teams to integrate software and hardware solutions
Expertise in developing complex technical programs including payload integration
Top Secret Clearance required
Systems Architecture experience at the Payload integration level
Ability to mentor junior engineers and ensure professional development
