As a Technical Leader, you will support architectural designs and execution of goals while managing team members to create modular, scalable solutions. What you'll do

Lead the design and technological architecture of data modeling, integration, and platform projects.
Guide engineering practices including test-driven development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
Manage technical design decisions at both the team and product levels to ensure scalable solutions.
Coach the technical team as a hands-on leader to solve problems and develop technical skills.
Identify and remove technical impediments to ensure team success.
Align the product roadmap with technical stack strengths in collaboration with Product Owners.
Advise on story creation, acceptance criteria, and technical trade-offs with designers.
Develop budgets and monitor performance of information technology systems to manage costs and productivity.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
Legal authorization to work in the US.
Ability to perform occasional international travel.
Typically requires 5 years of management experience (preferred).
Knowledge of CDM/CDL principles, data modeling, and integration technologies; proficiency in relevant programming languages (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in software development, data modeling, or related technical roles with leadership experience (preferred).
Degree in CS, MIS, Software Engineering, or equivalent engineering/technical discipline (preferred).
Familiarity with Cloud/DevOps environments including Azure DevOps; experience in Agile Development and SAFe (preferred).
