As an RF System Engineer, you will join a team focused on developing innovative front-end modules for wireless markets including W-CDMA, HSDPA/HSUPA, LTE, LTE-Advanced, NR 5G, and Wi-Fi. You will be responsible for hardware development and optimization, specifically designing and conducting experiments for module performance characterization while troubleshooting measurement setups. Your daily work involves leading module debugging, tuning, and optimizing designs, as well as collecting and analyzing DoE findings to contribute to advanced FEM architecture and semiconductor processes. The role requires expertise in RF test equipment for power amplifier characterization and proficiency in MATLAB, Python, and C# for data processing. You must possess technical knowledge of PA, RF filters, LNA, ASW, Envelope Tracking systems, and both memory and memoryless DPD to solve complex challenges in the wireless RF market.

What you'll do

Design, coordinate, and conduct experiments for module performance characterization.
Design, bring up, and troubleshoot measurement setups.
Lead the debugging, tuning, and optimization of RF modules.
Collect, analyze, and report findings from Design of Experiments (DoE).
Contribute to the development of advanced FEM architecture and semiconductor processes.
Develop innovative RF front-end modules for 5G, LTE, and Wi-Fi standards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
10+ years of work experience in wireless RF areas.
Proficiency in using RF test equipment for the characterization of power amplifiers.
Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, and C#.
Knowledge of PA, RF filters, LNA, and ASW.
Understanding of and hands-on experience with Envelope Tracking (ET) systems, including PA and supply modulator.
Understanding of ET/APT behavior, including linearity (AM-AM/AM-PM distortion).
Understanding of and hands-on experience with memory and memoryless DPD.
