Technical Instructor II

What you'll do

• Deliver technical training courses to customers and employees on complex electro-mechanical equipment.
• Conduct hands-on training using capital equipment systems following performance-based standards.
• Facilitate classroom lectures, online classes, and mixed-media training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Create lesson plans based on engineering and field service documentation.
• Validate the applicability of course materials with the development team.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure content reflects current product features.
• Complete required technical qualifications and certifications in designated locations.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related experience, an advanced degree, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Experience in technical, mechanical, or maintenance fields is required.
• Strong organizational skills to manage priorities effectively are required.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills are required.
• A customer-focused mindset with strong service and support skills is required.
• Effective presentation and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences are required.
