What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in building and delivering SaaS-based software with microservice architecture and cloud-native applications.
  • Experience working with at least one Cloud Service provider (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, observability tools like Grafana, Newrelic.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams towards achieving shared objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching software engineers to improve their skills and effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues and implementing effective solutions.
