Write and review code, debug complex issues, and design scalable platform services.

Identify technical bottlenecks, reduce technical debt, and drive system scalability and resilience.
Oversee and manage on-call incidents to troubleshoot and resolve critical disruptions.
Collaborate with Product Management to write requirements for technical debt and brainstorm features.
Manage resource allocation and project priorities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
What we're looking for
Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.
Strong hands-on experience in .NET, Java, C#, Linux Container Development, k8s, MVC, SaaS, SOA, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Modern Javascript Frameworks, Entity Framework, or microservices.
Proven experience building and delivering SaaS-based software with modern system architecture, such as microservice-based architecture and cloud-native applications.
Experience working with one of the Cloud Service providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Solid understanding of Operational Excellence, including Dev/Ops, CI/CD, Automated Testing, and Observability.
Experience with Observability tools like Grafana, Newrelic, or Haystack.
Experience with real-time processing using event-driven architecture and batch processing of high-volume transactions.
Demonstrated experience in leading, recruiting, mentoring, and managing teams of Software Engineers.
Experience in Lean-Agile development methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum.
Experience in fintech, digital banking, or other highly regulated industries (preferred).
Knowledge of treasury management, cash positioning, liquidity management, commercial payments, and reconciliation (preferred).
Familiarity with banking data formats such as ISO 20022, BAI2, MT940, and EDI 820 (preferred).
