What you'll do
- Define and drive multi-year platform roadmap for EKS maturation and multi-cloud expansion.
- Establish Terraform strategy for module design, state management, and IaC governance.
- Own end-to-end Kubernetes cluster provisioning and lifecycle management using Karpenter.
- Establish GitOps operating model with Argo CD for continuous delivery across teams.
- Drive observability standards using Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana for platform reliability.
- Define secure-by-default patterns and enforce policies using Kyverno and Cilium.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of IT experience with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Deep expertise in EKS and Kubernetes at enterprise scale, including multi-tenant architecture
- Advanced Terraform skills for module strategy, state management, and governance
- Strong CI/CD fundamentals using GitHub Actions or similar tools for DevSecOps integration
- Proven ability to drive technical strategy across organizations and influence senior stakeholders
- Expertise in AWS networking, IAM, and the EKS ecosystem in complex environments
- Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes networking, Helm/Kustomize, and Cilium policy enforcement
