What you'll do

  • Design and build the AWS Landing Zone architecture including Control Tower, Organizations, and Transit Gateway.
  • Author and maintain enterprise-grade Infrastructure-as-Code modules using CloudFormation and GitHub.
  • Architect scalable, cost-efficient cloud-native solutions using serverless, auto-scaling, and multi-AZ deployments.
  • Embed security automation and policy-as-code into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure automated compliance.
  • Integrate AI/ML tools into the Software Development Lifecycle to improve security, quality, and velocity.
  • Manage the cloud platform as a product to improve developer experience and reduce time-to-market.
  • Establish technical standards, design patterns, and quality gates for all cloud adoption projects.
  • Develop automated mechanisms and reference architectures to optimize AWS spend and resource utilization.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum BS level technical degree required.
  • Computer Science or Engineering background preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT/Software Development.
  • 7+ years of experience dedicated to large-scale, enterprise AWS engineering and DevOps delivery.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python, NodeJS, and CloudFormation for building production systems.
  • Expert-level knowledge of GitHub for code management, branching strategies, and GitHub Actions.
  • Active AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional and/or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional certification (preferred).
  • Proven ability to deliver platform capabilities with a product development mindset and measurable outcomes.
