Technical Consultant, Data and AI Security

What you'll do

• Design enterprise-wide security reference architectures for AI/ML systems including LLMs and generative AI pipelines.
• Establish secure-by-design patterns for model training, data pipelines, model registries, and AI-enabled applications.
• Define security controls for AI infrastructure across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
• Develop and enforce an AI Governance Framework including acceptable use policies and model risk management.
• Align AI governance programs with global regulations such as the EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF.
• Lead AI-specific threat modeling using MITRE ATLAS and OWASP LLM Top 10 taxonomies.
• Conduct security assessments for data poisoning, prompt injection, and adversarial ML attacks.
• Coordinate and run red team exercises for LLM jailbreaking and agentic AI manipulation.

What we're looking for

• Associate's Degree or College Diploma.
• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of experience focused on AI/ML security, data science security, or emerging technology risk.
• Deep understanding of ML concepts including model training, inference, fine-tuning, RAG architectures, and LLM deployment.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML threat modeling and adversarial attack techniques like data poisoning and prompt injection.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks including NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, EU AI Act, OWASP LLM Top 10, and MITRE ATLAS.
• Strong background in cloud security architecture for AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with MLOps platforms, Python programming, and relevant certifications like CISSP, CCSP, or CISM (preferred).
