What you'll do

  • Implement enterprise AI security and governance frameworks covering model lifecycles, data boundaries, and risk controls.
  • Manage AI security services and policies within Microsoft 365, Defender, Purview, CoPilot Studio, and AWS Bedrock.
  • Advise leadership on emerging AI technologies, associated risks, and secure platform adoption strategies.
  • Review service principles and conditional-access settings to ensure least-privilege and zero-trust access across AI workloads.
  • Ensure best-practice cybersecurity and governance foundations are followed for all AI workloads.
  • Translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to security standards, architectural guidance, and policy improvements.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of Palantir experience, a Graduate Degree and 7 years of Palantir experience, or 13 years of Palantir experience.
  • Must have 4-6 years of experience in cloud or security engineering.
  • Must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS.
  • Hands-on experience with O365 and Azure GCCH Government clouds (preferred).
  • Experience with governance frameworks such as NIST 800-53, 800-171, CMMC, and ISO 27001 (preferred).
  • Microsoft, Cyber Security, or AI related certifications such as SC-200, SC-300, CISSP, OSCP, or GIAC (preferred).
  • Must be a U.S. citizen to obtain a required security clearance.
