AI Consultant

What you'll do

• Lead and execute business process discovery efforts across various functional departments like Finance, HR, and Legal.
• Facilitate value stream mapping sessions to identify bottlenecks and pinpoint areas for AI intervention.
• Design and lead workshops with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and build consensus on AI solutions.
• Apply knowledge of generative AI technologies to identify practical applications within identified business processes.
• Evaluate the feasibility, potential impact, and return on investment for proposed AI solutions.
• Develop clear recommendations for AI-powered solutions including technology selection and implementation steps.
• Partner with functional teams and IT to guide the successful implementation of AI projects.
• Execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new AI-driven processes.

What we're looking for

• Must have a minimum of 9 years of experience in consulting, business transformation, and/or as a technology advisor.
• Must have experience in both technology and financial services.
• Experience leading customer-facing workshops, consulting engagements, and strategic advisory initiatives is required.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership, executive stakeholders, and boards is required.
• Experience building generative AI solutions for various business partners is required.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for internal meetings, training, and client engagements is required.
• Familiarity with NIST AI Risk Management Framework or evolving AI regulatory standards (preferred).
• Familiarity with core banking platforms, financial tech stacks, enterprise AI platforms, and AI Agents (preferred).
