What you'll do

Design and implement Agentic AI systems for personalization engines and merchandising optimization.
Develop multi-agent architectures coordinating planners, retrievers, reasoning agents, and predictive models.
Define and manage data pipelines to support effective agent reasoning in commerce use cases.
Lead the deployment of production-ready solutions using containerized environments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Apply Responsible AI principles to ensure bias awareness and drift detection in AI systems.
Collaborate with clients to align AI implementations with business objectives and translate complex architectures into clear business outcomes.

What we're looking for

4+ years of experience in building scalable AI or data-driven systems.
Proficiency in Python and SQL with hands-on Generative and Agentic AI deployment.
Experience with Agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI.
Hands-on work with FastAPI, AWS/Azure/GCP, Databricks, vector databases.
Understanding of Responsible AI principles and production monitoring standards.
Strong communication skills to translate advanced AI concepts into business value.
