As an Agentic Commerce & AI Consultant within the Customer Technology - Commerce practice, you will design and build AI-powered commerce solutions using Generative AI and multi-agent orchestration frameworks. You will take ownership of solution components to create intelligent decision workflows for personalization engines, merchandising optimization, and conversational commerce. Your daily work involves developing retrieval-augmented generation systems grounded in product taxonomies and building orchestration pipelines that integrate predictive models and LLM reasoning. You will utilize Python, SQL, FastAPI, Databricks, and vector databases while working with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangGraph. The role requires deploying solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP within commerce ecosystems such as Adobe Commerce or Salesforce. You will solve complex problems by integrating AI into digital commerce platforms to drive automated merchandising and dynamic pricing.
Design and build AI-powered commerce solutions using Generative AI and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
Develop multi-agent architectures to automate decision workflows like personalization, merchandising, and campaign orchestration.
Build and operationalize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems grounded in structured commerce knowledge and business rules.
Manage data pipelines including preparation, integration, validation, and semantic modeling for commerce use cases.
Architect orchestration pipelines integrating predictive models, LLM reasoning, and enterprise APIs into digital commerce platforms.
Deploy production-ready AI solutions using FastAPI, Databricks, and cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Implement Responsible AI principles including bias detection, drift monitoring, and structured testing frameworks.
Translate complex AI architectures into clear business outcomes and ROI narratives for client presentations.
What we're looking for
Must have 4+ years of experience building scalable AI or data-driven systems in digital commerce, MarTech, or customer technology.
Must possess strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
Must have hands-on experience deploying Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangGraph.
Must have experience designing prompt flows, multi-agent orchestration pipelines, and schema-driven tool invocation.
Must have experience integrating AI systems with enterprise APIs and backend commerce platforms.
Must have hands-on experience with FastAPI, Databricks, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Must have experience working with vector databases, retrieval-augmented architectures, and knowledge graphs.
Must possess knowledge of Responsible AI principles, production monitoring standards, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
