JOB TITLE: Commerce Architecture & Delivery Senior Manager I Agentic Commerce As an Agentic Senior Manager in Customer Technology – Commerce, you will lead the architecture, delivery, and scaling of agentic commerce implementations. You will own end-to-end delivery from roadmap to rollout, ensuring AI-driven capabilities are production-ready and integrated into enterprise ecosystems. Your daily work involves defining architecture patterns for Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, and MACH stacks while building modular agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, and vector stores. You will manage distributed engineering teams across AI, backend, cloud, and DevOps, utilizing tools like Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, and GCP. The role solves the technical challenge of embedding agentic workflows into live commerce environments to enable real-time personalization, autonomous merchandising, and dynamic pricing while establishing enterprise-grade standards for security, observability, and explainability.

What you'll do

Design and lead Agentic Commerce architecture patterns across commerce platforms like Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, and MACH stacks.
Translate AI-driven commerce strategies into executable technical roadmaps for large-scale enterprise systems.
Architect modular, reusable agent frameworks integrated with backend services, APIs, and commerce engines.
Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver production-ready, secure, and scalable AI-driven capabilities.
Oversee cloud-native deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure scaling across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Establish enterprise governance standards for AI systems including compliance, auditability, and performance benchmarking.
Define technical and business KPIs to measure agent performance, conversion uplift, and ROI.
Create industry-specific assets, demos, and reusable components to grow the Agentic Commerce practice.

What we're looking for

Must have 12+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale commerce and digital platforms with leadership at the Senior Manager level.
Experience implementing enterprise commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce, or composable/MACH stacks.
Proven hands-on leadership in agentic AI architectures embedded into production systems.
Expertise in API-led, microservices-based architectures supporting distributed commerce systems.
Experience integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and contextual memory into enterprise platforms.
Experience with designing a semantic layer, knowledge graphs, and prompt engineering.
Proven success leading prototype-to-production programs with CI/CD, cloud-native architecture, and DevOps.
Ability to define enterprise governance frameworks for AI-driven systems including security, observability, and performance benchmarking.
