Technical Architect joins the Services organization to ensure client implementations achieve maximum efficiency, consistency, and long-term value. This role involves developing best practices and knowledge-sharing frameworks, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams, and providing hands-on guidance for complex, strategic engagements. The architect will create templates, fixed-scope packages, and technical improvements for common configurations in product applications and integration services while articulating architectural visions to stakeholders. Required skills include extensive experience in SaaS, enterprise software architecture, and B2B domains, specifically within LegalTech or FinTech. Technical requirements include expertise in cloud and enterprise middleware technologies, REST and other APIs, design patterns, service security, scalability, and cloud platforms. Experience with BOOMI for data integrations is preferred. The role addresses the challenge of managing complex client relationships and navigating strict regulatory requirements for professional firms.
Develop and maintain best practices and knowledge-sharing frameworks for implementing Intapp products.
Design implementation plans for complex engagements that span multiple product segments.
Create templates, fixed-scope packages, and technical improvements for common configurations in applications and integrations.
Provide hands-on technical implementation work for strategic or complex services projects.
Articulate architectural vision to stakeholders and guide Product and Engineering teams in defining client solutions.
Serve as the primary technical voice of services delivery across Support, Sales, Product Management, and Engineering.
What we're looking for
You should have 10+ years of experience in the SaaS industry.
You must have extensive experience implementing enterprise software architecture and technologies.
You need technical architecture experience designing and implementing complex enterprise applications in B2B domains.
You should have 5+ years of experience in LegalTech or FinTech.
You should have 2+ years of hands-on implementation experience using data integrations with BOOMI.
You must possess extensive knowledge of cloud and enterprise middleware technologies, REST & other APIs, design patterns, service security, scalability, and cloud platforms.
