The Technical Architect joins the Services organization to ensure client implementations achieve maximum efficiency, consistency, and long-term value. In this senior advisory role, the individual develops best practices, knowledge-sharing frameworks, and templates for product applications and integration services. Key responsibilities include designing implementation plans for multi-product engagements, consulting on complex projects, and providing hands-on technical implementation work. The role requires expertise in enterprise software architecture within B2B domains, specifically LegalTech or FinTech. Candidates must possess extensive knowledge of cloud and enterprise middleware technologies, REST and other APIs, design patterns, service security, and scalability. Proficiency with data integrations using BOOMI is preferred. The position solves technical challenges by aligning architectural vision with Product and Engineering teams to deliver outcomes for professional firms.
Develop and maintain best practices and knowledge-sharing frameworks for product implementations.
Design implementation plans for engagements spanning multiple product segments.
Create templates, fixed-scope packages, and technical improvements for common configurations.
Provide hands-on technical implementation work for strategic or complex services projects.
Articulate architectural vision to guide Product and Engineering teams in defining client solutions.
Consult with technical and business stakeholders on complex services projects.
What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in the SaaS industry with extensive experience implementing enterprise software architecture and technologies.
Technical architecture experience designing and implementing complex enterprise applications in B2B domains.
5+ years of experience in LegalTech or FinTech.
2+ years of hands-on implementation experience using data integrations with BOOMI (preferred).
Extensive knowledge of cloud and enterprise middleware technologies, REST & other APIs, design patterns, service security, scalability, and cloud platforms.
