The Technical Architect joins the Services organization to ensure client implementations achieve maximum efficiency, consistency, and long-term value. In this senior advisory role, the individual will develop best practices, create implementation templates, and provide hands-on guidance for complex, strategic services engagements. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to design multi-product implementation plans and articulating architectural visions to stakeholders. The role requires expertise in enterprise software architecture within B2B domains, specifically LegalTech or FinTech. Candidates must possess skills in cloud and enterprise middleware technologies, REST and other APIs, design patterns, service security, and scalability. Experience with data integrations using BOOMI is preferred. This position solves technical challenges for professional firms needing to manage complex client relationships, navigate strict regulatory requirements, and handle sensitive deal information.
Develop and maintain best practices and knowledge-sharing frameworks for product implementations.
Design implementation plans for engagements spanning multiple product segments.
Create templates, fixed-scope packages, and technical improvements for common configurations.
Provide hands-on technical implementation work for strategic or complex services projects.
Articulate architectural vision to technical and business stakeholders.
Guide Product and Engineering teams in defining specific client solutions.
What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in the SaaS industry.
Extensive experience implementing enterprise software architecture and technologies.
Technical architecture experience designing and implementing complex enterprise applications in B2B domains.
5+ years of experience in LegalTech or FinTech.
2+ years of hands-on implementation experience using data integrations with BOOMI (preferred).
Extensive knowledge of cloud and enterprise middleware technologies, REST & other APIs, design patterns, service security, scalability, and cloud platforms.
