What you'll do

Develop and demonstrate customer reference designs, demos, and example x86 platforms.
Provide technical support to customers deploying x86-based systems.
Run industry-standard benchmarks and present performance results to internal and external stakeholders.
Execute tests to measure system-level performance metrics like bandwidth and latency across various workloads.
Build, configure, and test hardware systems using Linux environments.
Debug and resolve customer issues involving PCIe, USB, SATA, and Ethernet protocols.
Create technical marketing materials, application notes, and documentation for field teams and customers.
Act as a technical liaison to translate customer requirements into actionable feedback for engineering teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
A Master's degree is preferred.
Must have strong x86 system-level expertise and understanding of x86 CPU architecture and system operation.
Proficiency in Linux, BIOS, UEFI, and bootloaders is required.
Experience with industry-standard interfaces including PCIe, USB, SATA, Ethernet, and DDR4/DDR5.
Strong programming skills in Python, Perl, C/C++, and assembly are required.
Ability to perform hardware design analysis, board bring-up, and hands-on hardware-level debugging.
Must be able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
