What you'll do

Guide OEM/ODM customers on integrating AMD processors into networking and storage products.
Perform architecture, schematic, and design-in reviews for customer hardware designs.
Lead root-cause analysis of complex platform issues across hardware and software boundaries.
Debug and resolve technical issues on x86 platforms in collaboration with R&D teams.
Provide technical training to field sales and support staff regarding AMD product features.
Deliver technical guidance and rapid issue resolution to ensure customer product readiness.
Feed critical insights from customer issues back into the product development cycle.

What we're looking for

Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Expertise in hardware architecture, logic/circuit design, and implementation.
Hands-on experience in designing and debugging hardware issues on SoC and x86 platforms.
Experience with signal integrity and power delivery networks.
Familiarity with high-speed circuit testing using oscilloscopes and JBERT.
Experience with DDR4/5, LPDDR4/5, DIMM JEDEC standards, PCIe4/5, and 1/2.5/10G Ethernet.
Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as C/C++, Python, or Perl.
Familiarity with Server OSes including Linux and Windows Server.
