What you'll do

Identify, quantify, and manage technology risks by performing root cause analysis and providing resolution recommendations.
Manage a prioritized book of work to translate Citizen Development governance strategies into actionable projects and releases.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery by managing scope, costs, timelines, and resources while removing operational blockers.
Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and forums to define business requirements and document outcomes for various stakeholders.
Use data analytics to monitor progress, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in risk management processes.
Monitor regulatory and industry standards to ensure all programs remain compliant with evolving data risk and governance expectations.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI tools to synthesize risk evidence and draft executive-ready reports while ensuring data security.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into clear technical specifications.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in technology risk management, cybersecurity, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support risk and control workflows.
Ability to validate AI-assisted risk summaries while ensuring alignment with security and regulatory expectations.
Experience planning and supporting system migrations and the end-to-end system development lifecycle.
Ability to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Strong analytical skills to translate data observations into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Proficiency in project management, including managing scope, costs, timelines, and resources independently.
Experience creating design mockups using tools such as Figma to support solutioning.
