What you'll do

  • Architect and build high-performance full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot and React.js.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert by establishing engineering best practices and conducting code reviews.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to improve their technical skills and performance.
  • Design and optimize data layer architectures for seamless interaction between UI components, APIs, and Snowflake.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to manage team velocity.
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks and scalable code.
  • Ensure all development aligns with PCI compliance standards and secure credential management protocols.
  • Oversee multi-level unit and integration testing to ensure data accuracy across partner hierarchies.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack design and software development.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical lead or mentorship capacity.
  • Advanced proficiency in Java (Back-end) and JavaScript/TypeScript with a focus on React.js.
  • Experience with Relational Databases or Data Warehouses, specifically Snowflake, with expert SQL tuning skills.
  • Proven ability to lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage iterative engineering delivery.
  • Ability to translate complex enterprise requirements into scalable code while ensuring PCI compliance.
  • Authorized to work.
