What you'll do

Develop secure, high-quality production code while reviewing and debugging code written by other team members.

Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical feasibility.

Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices for code review, refactoring, and testing.
Establish validation standards for AI outputs to ensure correctness, performance, and security within development workflows.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Formal training or certification in Software Engineering concepts.
5+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
Advanced proficiency in Java and Spring Boot with deep knowledge of object-oriented design and enterprise patterns.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity and secure handling.
Experience using tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain to improve automation value.
Proven ability to make technical trade-offs and decisions in complex environments.
Excellent communication skills and experience working in agile teams.
