Full Stack Tech Lead (Java)

What you'll do

• Analyze, develop, test, debug, and deploy software according to established standards and optimal practices.
• Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to protect data from threats.
• Champion the use of DevSecOps practices, tooling, and techniques across the development lifecycle.
• Mentor and train team members on design techniques, coding standards, and modern tools.
• Serve as a technical lead coordinating across multiple development lines to ensure ecosystem alignment.
• Drive cross-collaboration and project execution across multiple teams to meet business goals.
• Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve organizational objectives and guide technical decision-making.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while ensuring continuous learning and innovation.

What we're looking for

• Must be based within a commutable distance to Columbus, Ohio.
• Must have six years of experience in programming and systems analysis.
• Must have hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Must have full-stack development experience and knowledge of front-end web technologies.
• Must have experience with DevOps and cloud technologies including Apigee, AWS, Kubernetes, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Harness, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must have deep experience designing, building, and supporting APIs.
• Must have experience delivering software using Agile development methodologies.
• Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, mathematics, or a related field is strongly preferred (preferred).
