Full Stack Tech Lead

What you'll do

• Develop, test, and deploy full-stack software applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Design, build, and support APIs to power core digital capabilities across web, mobile, and chat channels.
• Serve as a technical lead coordinating project execution and technical direction across multiple development lines.
• Implement secure software engineering practices and champion DevSecOps tools and techniques throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Mentor team members on coding standards, design techniques, and professional growth.
• Provide strategic technical advice to align product solutions with the broader enterprise ecosystem.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and informed decision-making.

What we're looking for

• Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, mathematics, or a related field are strongly preferred.
• Six years of experience in programming and systems analysis are required.
• Three years of experience in project management is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular is required.
• Experience with DevOps and cloud technologies including Apigee, AWS, Kubernetes, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Harness, and CI/CD pipelines is required.
• Deep experience designing, building, and supporting APIs is required.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and coordinate across multiple development lines.
• Experience delivering software using Agile development methodologies and DevSecOps practices is required.
