What you'll do

Lead the development and optimization of software, tools, and libraries for OS verification infrastructure.

Create performance indicators and benchmarks to evaluate current and future software performance.
Build dashboards and reports for regression analysis and degradation detection.
Improve existing automation workflows to accelerate the deployment of new software releases.
Drive the evolution of CI/CD pipelines using AI agents and modern toolsets.
Guide code reviews and architecture discussions to define standard verification methodologies.
Coordinate verification projects across global teams and mentor junior team members.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience developing software for network validation and verification.
Expert level Python skills.
Experience with large-scale verification or automation frameworks.
Strong networking background in L2, L3, and L4.
Proven Linux knowledge.
Proficiency with CI/CD and DevOps tools including Jenkins, Git, Gerrit, and Docker.
Strong communication and leadership skills to align multiple teams and deliver results.
