What you'll do

Perform functional testing of Layer 2 and Layer 3 features on Spectrum series Ethernet Switch systems.
Write detailed feature and system test plans and design specific test beds and topologies.
Develop and maintain automated test suites to ensure continuous functional regression.
Report software defects into the tracking system and validate all fixes and workarounds.
Participate in requirements and design reviews for NVIDIA-Cumulus Linux features.
Build and maintain automation required for software quality assurance.
Identify and resolve technical issues through collaboration with design and internal engineering groups.

What we're looking for

B.S. degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in Software Quality Engineering.
Strong technical abilities in problem-solving, design, coding, and debugging.
Hands-on experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols such as MLAG, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, and EVPN.
Experience using test tools from Ixia or Spirent and working with test management tools.
Strong skills in Python or other scripting languages.
Good experience working on Unix or Linux-based operating systems.
Exposure to using AI for code development, performance testing knowledge, and CI tools (preferred).
