Charles River Front Office is hiring a senior technical leader to drive the modernization of core OEMS product areas within scrum teams. This role involves providing architectural guidance, designing new features based on market needs, and managing staff performance while fulfilling Scrum Master responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial services software development, particularly in transactional, concurrent systems, and cloud-native platforms like Microsoft Azure. What we're looking for
At least 15 years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in technical leadership or architect roles.
Extensive experience (8+ years) in designing and developing transactional, concurrent, event-driven systems.
Strong background (5+ years) in financial services for Portfolio Management, Trading, Compliance, Post-Trade, IBOR, or Wealth Management.
Proven expertise in cloud-native application development on platforms like Microsoft Azure, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, Kubernetes, and cloud databases.
Demonstrated experience with object-oriented programming, RDBMS, scripting languages, and new/advanced programming technologies.
Preferred UI development skills in C#, React, JavaScript, and strong communication abilities for upper management.
