As a Talent Sourcer - Temporary, you will join the recruiting team to build talent pipelines for technically demanding roles across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging exceptional candidates who can contribute to making life multiplanetary. Your daily work involves proactively sourcing passive candidates through X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and niche technical forums while utilizing AI-powered sourcing and research tools. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies, conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens, and track pipeline health metrics. The role requires strong Boolean and X-ray search skills, familiarity with ATS platforms, and the ability to distinguish top talent in engineering and hardware fields. You must demonstrate excellent communication skills while navigating a high degree of autonomy to solve complex hiring challenges.

What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience, an Associate degree and 2+ years of experience, or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience without a degree.
Preferred experience includes at least 1 year of technical recruiting.
Experience sourcing for engineering, hardware, or technical manufacturing roles is preferred.
Must possess strong Boolean and X-ray search skills.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and various sourcing tools is preferred.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent in specific fields.
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for required export control authorizations.
