  • Support business leaders in identifying capability needs and translating them into practical solutions.

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual learning platforms
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools and digital learning technologies
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian government security clearance
