What we're looking for

Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual learning platforms
Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools and digital learning technologies
Ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian government security clearance
