What we're looking for

Experience managing teams of over 20 recruiters for time-sensitive candidate pipelines.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and selection methods tailored to production roles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse and HR databases.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including U.S. security clearance requirements.
