Strong proficiency in using data-driven approaches for evaluating sourcing effectiveness and making informed decisions.
Expertise in utilizing applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other modern sourcing tools.
Familiarity with Government Business Development (GovCon) and Department of Defense (DoD) ecosystems is preferred.
