  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with broader business goals.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 6 years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a focus on Business Development roles.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence top-tier sales and growth talent through tailored messaging.
  • Deep understanding of the business development lifecycle, including pipeline and proposal management.
  • Strong proficiency in using data-driven approaches for evaluating sourcing effectiveness and making informed decisions.
  • Expertise in utilizing applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other modern sourcing tools.
  • Familiarity with Government Business Development (GovCon) and Department of Defense (DoD) ecosystems is preferred.
