What you'll do

Manage and maintain Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) systems.
Perform advanced troubleshooting across Windows-based enterprise IT infrastructure.
Manage the identity lifecycle process including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows.
Execute data flow and synchronization tasks across multiple integrated systems.
Maintain MS SQL Server connectivity, maintenance, and backups for service and sync databases.
Develop and maintain custom rules and workflow extensions using C# and .NET.
Automate tasks and manage workflows using advanced PowerShell scripting.
Administer core Windows Server infrastructure including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.

What we're looking for

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
10+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 5 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
IAT Level II certification or higher, such as Security+, Microsoft, or VMware.
Advanced PowerShell skills including use with MIM Workflow Activity Library (MIMWAL).
Expertise in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and Forefront Identity Manager (FIM).
Proficiency in Windows Server Infrastructure, including AD, DNS, and Group Policy.
Ability to develop and maintain custom rules and workflow extensions using C# / .NET.
