What you'll do

  • Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise IT systems.
  • Manage and monitor client/server, storage, and network environments.
  • Provide Tier 1 help desk and Tier 2 escalation support to end users.
  • Troubleshoot system issues while applying patches, updates, and configuration changes.
  • Manage user accounts, password resets, VPN access, and PKI-related tasks.
  • Configure and maintain Windows, Linux, and UNIX systems.
  • Support virtualized and storage environments.
  • Document processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and troubleshooting procedures.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (experience may be used in lieu of degree).
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification.
  • One of the following is also accepted: MTA-IT Infrastructure, MCSA - Desktop, or MCITP - Windows Client.
  • Experience managing and monitoring client/server, storage, and network environments.
  • Proficiency in supporting and configuring Windows, Linux, and UNIX systems.
  • Ability to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for enterprise IT systems.
