The Systems Engineering Sr. Associate joins the software engineering team to support the existing Workday Human Capital Management implementation. What you'll do

Deliver functional and technical Workday enhancements to support existing HRMS implementations.
Gather business requirements from internal teams, business users, and third-party integrators.
Participate in product and feature design sessions with developers, designers, and product managers.
Build scalable and maintainable test automation using tools such as Kainos.
Contribute to code reviews and diagnose, track, and manage quality issues to resolution.
Create test plans, test cases, and defect reports to ensure product quality meets stakeholder expectations.
Configure, develop, and test Workday functionalities throughout all phases of the implementation lifecycle.

What we're looking for

A related technical degree is required.
Workday certification in one or more areas, such as Workday Pro in HCM Core, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Time & Absence, or Recruiting.
4+ years of implementation experience in Workday HRMS and Workday Integrations.
In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture, configuration, and integration.
Working knowledge of Workday Security, Business Processes, Reports, Calc Fields, Integrations framework, Studio, and BIRT.
Working knowledge of data modeling design and relational database languages like SQL or SOQL.
Working knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST).
Experience in defining test strategy, test plans, test cases, test execution, and defect reporting for Workday or enterprise HR software.
