What you'll do

Deliver Workday technical solutions and enhancements focused on scalability and performance.
Translate business requirements into effective Workday technical designs for internal and third-party users.
Design and develop advanced Reports, Dashboards, Integrations, and Automations using Workday toolsets.
Implement and maintain test automation frameworks like Kainos to ensure high-quality releases.
Participate in design sessions, code reviews, and solution architecture discussions to drive best practices.
Diagnose, track, and resolve technical issues to maintain product quality and stability.
Define and execute test strategies, test plans, and defect management processes for Workday solutions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
Workday Integration Essentials Certification or PRO in Technical Workday domains.
8+ years of hands-on Workday technical implementation and development experience for Finance systems.
Deep expertise in Workday Security, Business Processes, Reports, Calculated Fields, Studio, Workday Extend, XSLT, and PRISM.
Demonstrated experience leading at least 3 full life cycle Workday technical implementations.
Proficient in Web Services (SOAP and REST), data modeling, and relational database languages (SQL/SOQL).
Strong knowledge of R2R, Quote to Cash, and Workday Accounting Center integrations.
Experience with Force.com or MuleSoft development (preferred).
