Systems Engineering Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage assigned support cases from end-to-end as a trusted Salesforce platform and application expert.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving web tiers, databases, integrations, and Salesforce-specific technologies.
• Resolve complex, high-severity cases by partnering with Worldwide Support, R&D, and Support Operations.
• Provide technical support coverage on a shift basis to meet global customer needs.
• Act as a primary point of contact for mission-critical support cases across all severities.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the Salesforce platform to provide high-quality technical assistance.

What we're looking for

• You must have 3+ years of experience in a technical support or services role.
• You must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• You must be a U.S. citizen (born or naturalized) who does not hold dual citizenship.
• You must be able to pass a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI).
• You must understand internet technologies including firewalls, web servers, and proxy servers.
• You must have familiarity with relational databases, SQL, object-oriented design, XML, and SOAP web services.
• Experience in front-end or back-end development is preferred.
• Experience in large-scale multi-tenant environments, API programming, or Salesforce-specific technologies is preferred.
