What you'll do

Write clean, maintainable Apex code while adhering to Salesforce governor limits.
Develop and implement Lightning Web Components and other web development technologies.
Configure and customize Salesforce applications using declarative capabilities.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Manage code and metadata using Git, GitHub, and Salesforce DevOps tools.
Advise government clients on modernizing systems and adopting new technologies.
Execute all phases of the Salesforce development lifecycle from configuration to implementation.

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience with Salesforce platform development, including Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, and Aura or Lightning Web Components.
2+ years of experience with software engineering or software development.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, Batch, and Async processes.
Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools including GitHub, Copado, Salesforce DX, and Flosum.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git and Bitbucket.
Knowledge of the Salesforce development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
HS diploma or GED.
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
Experience with Java, Python, C#, Kotlin, C, C++, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL (preferred).
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science (preferred).
Salesforce Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer, or Omnistudio Developer Certification (preferred).
