What you'll do

Coordinate mission operations by analyzing tickets and prioritizing fixes to ensure system uptime.
Maintain physical infrastructure and IaaS services through patching, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
Manage storage infrastructure including data backups, restorations, and tiered movement management.
Perform technical field operations such as cable routing, electrical configuration, and server room maintenance.
Maintain A/V/I equipment and routing to support mission requirements.
Manage databases by performing backups, restoring data, optimizing indexing, and eliminating fragmentation.
Monitor security architecture to identify vulnerabilities, perform forensic analysis, and coordinate incident responses.
Conduct network monitoring, assess risks via IAVAs, and implement access controls and patching plans.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must be a United States citizen.
10+ years of related experience required.
Expertise in complex systems, system modeling, systems architecture, systems design, and systems development.
US Citizenship.
