What you'll do

  • Provide senior-level administration and engineering support for Windows-based network systems and enterprise applications.
  • Design, implement, and support Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, and Skype for Business.
  • Manage server hardware and software operations while maintaining system security and baseline configurations.
  • Perform tier 3 systems support and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues with minimal supervision.
  • Architect and manage virtualized environments using VMware vSphere, Horizon, and Site Recovery Manager.
  • Oversee Storage Area Networking (SAN) environments including NetApp and Pure Flashblade technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and performance evaluations for junior engineering staff.
  • Recommend future technology directions and oversee the development of software to enhance operating systems.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • Must be 8570 or 8140 qualified.
  • A BA/BS degree is required, though additional education, certifications, or work experience may be substituted for the degree.
  • Requires 10+ years of total related experience.
  • Requires 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and 2019.
  • Requires 4+ years of experience with VMware vSphere, Realize Suite, and VCF.
  • Requires specific experience with MS Exchange (2+ years), SharePoint (2+ years), Skype for Business (2+ years), VMware Workspace ONE (2+ years), and Cisco networking (2+ years).
  • ITIL Certification (preferred).
