What we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
4+ years of experience for Mid level or 7+ years of experience for Senior level in systems engineering, requirements management, or verification and validation on complex hardware programs.
Proficiency with requirements management tools and methodologies such as DOORS, Jama, Cameo, Teamcenter, or equivalent platforms.
Strong knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle processes including requirement decomposition, interface definition, traceability analysis, and formal change control.
Experience developing and managing Verification Cross-Reference Matrices (VCRMs) or Design Verification Plans & Reports (DVP&Rs).
Must be a U.S. Person to access export-controlled information or facilities.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Experience with maritime, subsea, or pressure-vessel systems; MBSE tools; scripting/automation (Python, MATLAB); or INCOSE CSEP certification (preferred).
