Senior Integration & Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans for development, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Author detailed operational test reports to document internal and customer-facing evaluation efforts for AUV platforms.
• Integrate subsystems including sensors, navigation, propulsion, communication, autonomy software, and power systems into functional AUVs.
• Conduct day-to-day test operations including pre-mission testing, launch and recovery, vehicle tasking, and data analysis.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of AUVs in the field.
• Execute local sea testing and multi-day offshore operations in coordination with Field Test Engineers.
• Set up, collect, and refine operational metrics to evaluate system performance.
• Support demonstration test events involving multi-week travel periods.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, integration, and test.
• Experience generating TRRs, Test Plans, Test Procedures, and Test Reports.
• Familiarity with concepts of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and software development.
• Experience in field test and operationally focused environments.
• Knowledge of electronics troubleshooting and ability to use basic test equipment.
• Experience with Linux, command line interfaces, and software debugging.
• Proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience operating and testing complex systems in a maritime environment (preferred).
• Experience integrating subsea sensors, underwater navigation, and communication systems (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience with subsea operational procedures and equipment (preferred).
• Experience with data analysis tools including Python, MATLAB, R, SQL, and PromQL (preferred).
• Experience managing a test and evaluation program (preferred).
• Experience in maritime offshore operations (preferred).
