Mentor junior engineers to build team cohesion and capacity.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of professional experience as an engineer in one or more technical domains.
Ability to manage the full lifecycle of complex robotic systems including design, integration, and sustainment.
Capability to act as a technical owner for subsystems involving stakeholder engagement and roadmap management.
Ability to mentor junior team members and build team cohesion.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
Preferred experience with robotic or autonomous systems in defense, maritime, or aerospace domains.
Preferred experience in product delivery lifecycles including manufacturing and system acceptance.
