Senior Systems Engineer

What you'll do

• Own technical solutions and manage the delivery of value to end-users for deployed systems.
• Act as a subject matter expert in hardware integration, testing, robotic perception, or cybersecurity.
• Design, architect, and implement integrated systems for advanced platforms and payloads.
• Develop reusable technology components across multiple product lines.
• Execute development processes for the full lifecycle of complex robotic systems including monitoring and operation.
• Support the manufacturing, testing, and deployment of vehicles and payloads.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate technical efforts within a multi-disciplinary team.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive professional experience as an engineer within one or more technical domains.
• Experience serving as a program manager or technical lead for a group of engineers.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance.
• Proven ability to take high ownership over the design, integration, testing, and delivery of complex systems.
• Capacity to manage the full lifecycle of robotic systems including requirements definition, roadmap management, and sustainment.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and build team cohesion.
• Experience with autonomous systems or in the defense, maritime, and aerospace domains is preferred.
