Senior Systems Engineer, Maritime

What you'll do

• Own technology solutions deployed to customers to ensure the delivery of end-user value.
• Act as a subject matter expert for hardware selection, integration, testing, and robotic perception.
• Design, architect, and implement integrated systems for advanced platforms and payloads.
• Develop reusable technology components across multiple Anduril product lines.
• Execute development processes for complex robotic systems, including full lifecycle testing and monitoring.
• Support vehicle and payload manufacturing, testing, and deployment.
• Manage requirements, roadmaps, and design evolution for complex subsystems.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate technical tasks within a multi-disciplinary team.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive professional experience working as an Engineer with one or more domains and/or technologies of expertise.
• Experience acting as a program manager or tech lead for a group of engineers.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance.
• Capacity to act as the technical owner for a complex subsystem, including stakeholder engagement, requirements definition, and roadmap management.
• Capacity to learn and grow individually while mentoring junior team members effectively.
• Experience with the design, implementation and support of robotic and/or autonomous systems (preferred).
• Experience working within the defense, maritime and/or aerospace domains (preferred).
