As a Systems Engineer Intern, you will join the engineering team to support the development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures. Your daily responsibilities include performing operational analysis, developing concept of operations, and creating design and implementation plans. You will develop test plans, procedures, and cases while conducting tests and documenting results. The role involves analyzing systems requirements from end users and delivering presentations to communicate design activity status to internal and external customers. To succeed in this position, you will utilize software tools, scripting, and hardware/software troubleshooting techniques. Preferred skills include experience in systems architecture, performance modeling, and model-based systems engineering, as well as familiarity with Rhapsody. This role focuses on solving technical challenges within the defense technology domain to support mission-critical needs across space, air, land, sea, and cyber domains.

What we're looking for
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
Must be a U.S. citizen to obtain a security clearance.
Coursework and/or experience in systems engineering, architecture, analysis, design, performance modeling, integration, project management, and model-based systems engineering (preferred).
