What you'll do

  • Track development testing activities at the program level and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Maintain traceability between system requirements and verification evidence.
  • Analyze post-test data to monitor performance and identify technical risks.
  • Improve test infrastructure, automation frameworks, and documentation practices.

What we're looking for

  • Strong engineering foundation in software engineering, hardware design, or FPGA development.
  • 3+ years of experience in testing and verification for product design and development.
  • Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and procedures for integrated hardware and software systems.
  • Experience with software testing methodologies across all stages of the development lifecycle through production.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) testing to validate system requirements.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting, configuring, and testing networking devices and core networking concepts.
  • Proficiency in systems engineering and requirements management tools to document cases and verify requirements.
  • Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (preferred).
  • Experience implementing military standards such as MIL-STD-810 or MIL-STD-461 (preferred).
  • Proficiency with test automation frameworks and programming languages like Python or MATLAB (preferred).
  • Experience standing up lab environments, test infrastructure, or automated regression pipelines (preferred).
  • Experience supporting field testing, customer demonstrations, or operational evaluations (preferred).
