JOB TITLE: Senior Reliability Engineer, Intelligence Systems
The Senior Reliability Engineer, Intelligence Systems joins the Reliability Engineering team to ensure autonomous systems survive real-world conditions and deliver consistent performance. This role serves as the reliability champion throughout the product lifecycle, from early concept trade studies and detailed design through manufacturing scale-up and sustained field performance. You will perform predictive reliability analysis, lead Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and execute qualification and validation test plans. Key responsibilities include conducting Weibull analysis, leading root-cause failure investigations, and developing maintainability prediction models. You will utilize technical standards including MIL-HDBK-217Plus, MIL-HDBK-472, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-516C, and MIL-STD-1629. This position addresses critical national security requirements by developing robust hardware and software systems for Intelligence Community customers.
