What you'll do

Design and execute detailed test cases and procedures to validate system functionality and performance.
Perform hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) and end-to-end evaluations of integrated hardware and software systems.
Manage the integrated test strategy and schedule across the entire program lifecycle.
Configure, troubleshoot, and test networking devices and system network architectures.
Maintain clear traceability from system requirements to verification evidence and test coverage.
Establish scalable test standards and tooling while mentoring junior engineers in verification rigor.
Communicate test status, results, and technical risks to engineering teams and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Strong engineering foundation in software engineering, hardware design, or FPGA development.
6+ years of experience in testing and verification in support of product design and development.
Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and procedures for integrated hardware and software systems.
Experience with software testing methodologies for complex systems through production and acceptance.
Demonstrated ability to execute hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) testing to verify and validate system requirements.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting, configuring, and testing networking devices with knowledge of core networking concepts.
Proven experience with systems engineering and requirements management tools to document systems and verify requirements.
Currently possesses and is able to maintain at least an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (preferred).
Experience implementing military standards for qualification and acceptance testing, such as MIL-STD-810 or MIL-STD-461 (preferred).
Proficiency with test automation frameworks and programming languages like Python or MATLAB (preferred).
Experience standing up lab environments, test infrastructure, or automated regression pipelines from scratch (preferred).
Experience supporting field testing, customer demonstrations, or operational evaluations (preferred).
