Systems Engineer I

What you'll do

• Develop system level architecture and performance, functional, and interface requirements.
• Allocate and decompose system level requirements into lower-level subsystem and assembly specifications.
• Plan and trace requirement verification activities and results.
• Develop and deliver technical specifications and Interface Control Drawings (ICDs).
• Create and present technical analysis reports.
• Manage requirements throughout the system development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, or Engineering related field.
• 0-3 years of experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent technical writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work within a multi-disciplined engineering team.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering (preferred).
• 3-5 years of systems engineering experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with using IBM DOORs (preferred).
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines (preferred).
