What you'll do

Manage the design, administrative operation, and maintenance of server hardware and software.
Maintain system security by monitoring logs and remedying attempts to penetrate or corrupt server files.
Develop baseline configurations and direct the modification of configuration settings.
Create troubleshooting procedures and incident response plans for system-related problems.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to less experienced administrators and engineers.
Perform troubleshooting for technicians and end users using the ServiceNow ticketing system.
Automate systems and manage environments using PowerShell scripting and server virtualization.
Create effective technical documentation and user manuals for information systems.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active Secret security clearance and be able to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Must be a United States citizen.
Must have 5+ years of related experience.
Must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory administration and Windows Server platforms (2016/2019/2022).
Must have experience with server virtualization using VMWare and/or Microsoft Hyper-V.
Must have experience with PowerShell scripting and systems automation.
Must have full technical knowledge of all phases of systems engineering.
US Citizenship.
