What you'll do

Provide onsite and remote technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve operating system, application, connectivity, and hardware-related issues.
Manage incidents and service requests through ticketing systems while maintaining accurate documentation.
Deploy, configure, refresh, and recover end-user devices while maintaining inventory accuracy.
Support conference rooms, collaboration tools, and video conferencing technologies.
Assist with IT logistics, including asset tracking, shipping, receiving, and storage management.
Participate in technology rollouts, office moves, hardware refresh projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience in Deskside Support, Service Desk, or End User Computing support.
Experience supporting Windows operating systems and enterprise desktop environments.
Working knowledge of Mac OS support.
Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes including Incident, Request, and Change Management.
Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, software installation, peripheral support, and printer configuration.
Experience with asset management, inventory tracking, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
Understanding of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
Experience supporting enterprise Audio-Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing solutions (preferred).
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar ticketing tools (preferred).
Exposure to smart lockers, IT vending solutions, and workplace technology platforms (preferred).
Knowledge of inventory logistics and supply chain support processes (preferred).
ITIL Foundation certification or ITSM best-practice knowledge (preferred).
Experience working in large enterprise or managed services environments (preferred).
